The Wedderburn Farmers Market is conducted by the Wedderburn Community House 8 times a year. It is held on the last Sunday of the month in all months except for June, July, December and January.
A fantastic array of local produce including fresh fruit and vegetables, poultry and plants are available for you to buy.
What Is A Farmers Market?
Essentially, a Farmers Market aims to provide market goers with fresh food and produce grown on local farms. It provides an opportunity for specialty farmers and producers to sell their value added product direct to the public. Because you are dealing direct with the producer, you can get quality information about the product and its production.
What Else Will I Find At The Wedderburn Farmers Market?
In order to provide a wide and varied shopping experience for our visitors, the Wedderburn Community House runs a Craft Market in conjunction with the Farmers Market. At the Craft Market you will find a wide range of local craft plus some that comes from a distance away from Wedderburn. Why not pick up some scented candles or some hand made garden ornaments on your visit to the market?
